Last updated: May 28, 2026

1. Acceptance

By using Bloom you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Bloom adds open and click tracking to emails you send from Gmail and shows the resulting engagement in a dashboard. Bloom is currently in beta and is provided on an “as is” basis; features may change.

3. Accounts

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for the accuracy of the recipient data you process through Bloom.

4. Acceptable use

Use Bloom only for lawful email that you are authorised to send. Do not use it for spam, harassment, or to track people without a lawful basis. You are the controller of the recipient data you choose to track and are responsible for your own compliance, including informing recipients where the law requires it.

5. Availability

As a beta service, Bloom does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may modify or discontinue features at any time.

6. Disclaimer and liability

Bloom is provided without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the service is limited.

7. Data

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

You may stop using Bloom at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Bloom after a change means you accept the updated terms.
